2 Step Booking and Payment Process

1st Step - Booking Your Stay

In order to book your stay I will need two things: a $250.00 deposit and your signed rental contract.

You have 7 days to get me the deposit and rental contract; on the eighth the stay is no longer on hold.

· Credit cards are accepted for an additional 4%.

2nd Step - Rent Payment

The rent portion of your bill is due no less than seven days prior to your stay.

Cancellation Fees: The entire $250.00 deposit is non-refundable in the event of a renter cancellation.

Terms & Conditions: Upon payment of your deposit you agree to all the terms and conditions contained in this web site and on the rental agreement.
